Mary Liz Wheelis, President
“Born” into the business by her travel editor (Town and Country) mom, Mary Liz has a unique blend of experiences in the industry. Brought up to see the world through the eyes of a travel writer she picked up the nuances that make a property authentic and successful. Memorable properties are more than a place to stay, they should have an identity, a story, and offer unique touches and experiences for the guest. She learned how the travel industry ticks through positions at a luxury hotel representation company, a city hotel, a resort property, a travel agent and in travel publishing. To top it off, she even married a hotelier and works along side her sister Martha, owner of MoranoPR, a travel-specific public relations company. For the past 10 years she has carved out a niche in representing small, authentic, vacation properties that tell a story. It is not a surprise that most of them are privately and/or family owned. Her experience includes marketing private islands, such as Little Whale Cay, Necker Island and Musha Cay, villas such as Frenchmans Lookout in Tortola, Mustique Island and family owned properties, like the Bettoja Hotels of Rome and Florence, and in Africa, and Central America.

Martha Morano, Public Relations Specialist
Founder of Morano PR, Martha also has a rich experience in the travel industry. She believes in giving intense special attention to clients and the press, and building enduring relationships. Her specialty has been promoting and publicizing upscale and extraordinary hotels and destinations to travel agents and the general public. Over the years Martha has traveled extensively working with unique hotels world wide. She and her associates have been responsible for launching many properties and destinations to the traveling public. An active member of the Society of American Travel Writers.

Noni Hall - West Coast
Noni covers the west coast market which includes California, Arizona and Southern Nevada.
Her hotel experience has been primarily with resort-type properties: Occidental Hotels for 8 years, Biras Creek in the BVI for 2 years, and The Ilikai Hotel in Honolulu for 3 years. She has also worked with several tour operators, three that offer Europe. During the past twenty years she has developed close and profitable relationships with the major travel agencies in the West that are members of Signature, Virtuoso, American Express, and Ensemble.

Russel Lear - Texas
For the last 9 years Russell has covered the USA Market for London Hotels. From 2003, he acted as the US Sales Manager for the Flemings Mayfair Hotel covering the USA for all markets but with a focus on high end leisure. In 2008 Russell moved to Texas, still representing the Flemings Mayfair Hotel and in 2010 started RL Rapport with the Athenaeum Hotel and Apartments, representing them to the Corporate and Entertainment markets.

Lynn Ferrara – South East
Lynn Ferrara has been in the travel industry for 25 years.  First as a vacation travel agent specializing in international & European FIT travel (a Italy specialist.) then as manager for multiple Amex Offices in the Atlanta area. The past 8 years she has been a multi line rep, based in Atlanta & covering the South East.  Unlike the other Reps her area, she limits accounts to three. This insures a high profile representation & customer service for each client. "Quality, not Quantity." 

Fran Gellar – Mid West
Fran came highly recommended by travel colleagues and has a good reputation in the travel industry. She belongs to more than 6 travel organizations and attends monthly meetings where there is an opportunity to give a 2 minute commercial at the microphone. Last year she was asked to be a guest speaker at NACTA meetings, ASTA meetings, OSSN, etc. in MI, MO, MN, etc. She is strongly associated with Italy in the marketplace having worked for Ciga Hotels for many years. Since starting her own business in 1992, she has always had an Italian client so basically, she has promoted Italy for the past 28 years.

Mary Schrage – Northwest
Mary has worked as an independent contractor in the travel industry for 17 years. She worked as a product manager at a wholesale company and before that worked for Mexicana Airlines. Her strengths as a multi-line representative is her ability to build excellent relationships with the retail travel community in the Northwest for nearly 20 years. She is known to her accounts and trusted regarding the products she represents and the information that she offers them.
